Dispatch Portal — Overview
What the Dispatch Portal is for and how to access it. Operational Dispatch training requires Dispatch sign-in.
The Dispatch Portal is the system Dispatch staff use to coordinate equipment across MASCI projects. It exists so dispatchers and fleet coordinators have a single place to know where assets are.
Who uses it: Dispatchers, Fleet Coordinators, and Operations Oversight.
How to access it: sign in at /dispatch-portal/login with the email and password issued to you by an admin. If you do not have an account, contact your operator.
Operational Dispatch training (procedures, workflows, internal SOPs) is restricted to Dispatch staff. Workflow-level Dispatch content is not visible to anonymous users.
