Can't sign in to Admin

Quick fixes when /admin/login isn't working.

Admin uses a password issued directly by the platform Owner. If you can't get in, walk through these in order.

  1. Confirm you're at /admin/login (NOT /hr/login or any other portal door — admin has its own surface).
  2. Check caps lock and spelling. Passwords are case-sensitive.
  3. If this is your first login, use the temporary password the Owner gave you. You'll be forced to change it.
  4. If you forgot your password, contact the platform Owner directly. Admin password resets are not self-serve by design.
  5. If you see 'account disabled' or 'locked', contact the Owner. Admin lockouts are rare and intentional.
  6. Do not request an admin password reset through any other channel (chat, email forwarding, screenshots). The Owner is the only authorized reset path.
Why this mattersAdmin password resets are deliberately not automated. A self-serve reset for the most-privileged account on the platform would be a structural weakness. The Owner-only reset path is a feature, not a friction — it makes a phishing attack on an operator account meaningfully harder.
Never paste your admin password into another portal's login form. Never share an admin password — not with another operator, not with the Owner over chat, never. If you suspect your admin password has been seen by anyone, request a rotation through the Owner immediately.
Admin lockouts auto-clear in 15 minutes for IP-based lockouts. Account-level lockouts require Owner action. Bookmark /admin/login and use it from a known device — the most common admin-login failure is typing /admin in a phone browser that auto-completes to a previous portal URL.
