Why did my session time out?
Session timeouts are deliberate and protective.
MASCI signs users out after a period of inactivity to protect access. Different roles have different limits — admins have the shortest window, field users the longest.
Why this mattersIf a device is left unattended or lost, automatic sign-out limits how long an unauthorized person could use it.
- Sign back in with your normal credentials
- If you can't sign in, contact your supervisor or admin
