Who do I ask for help?
A quick map of who handles what.
MASCI Operations Platform is run by different teams for different things. Knowing who to ask saves a lot of back-and-forth.
- Wrong hours / paycheck question → talk to your supervisor first, then HR
- Equipment broken or unsafe → tell your supervisor and Shop
- Got hurt or saw something unsafe → supervisor + Safety
- Can't log in or account locked → HR (for most portals) or your IT contact (Admin)
- Forgot a password → HR can reset it; do NOT share passwords
- Question about a job-site assignment → your supervisor or PM
If you don't know who to ask, ask your direct supervisor. They'll route it to the right place.
