Field Leadership Portal — Overview
What Field Leadership is for, who uses it, and which of the two doors to use.
The Field Leadership Portal is the daily-operations surface for Superintendents, Foremen, Field Leaders, and Operations Oversight — the people running crews on the ground.
Who uses it: Superintendents, Foremen, Truck Bosses, Working Supervisors, Field Supervisors. Operations Oversight (HR/Admin) issues and manages the accounts but works inside their own portals.
Which door do I use? Two valid doors exist. (1) /field-leadership/portal/login — per-user accounts (your company email + individual password). This is the operational door; everything you submit is signed in your name. (2) /field-leadership/login — legacy shared-password gate for read-only crew documents. Both work; they do different jobs.
How to get a per-user account: HR or Admin issues Field Leadership Portal accounts. You receive a company email account and a temporary password; the portal forces you to change it on first sign-in. After that, your email and your individual password sign you in.
Operational Field Leadership training (procedures, workflows, internal SOPs) is restricted to authenticated leadership users. Workflow-level content is not visible to anonymous users.
